About Leyla Zengin

I was born in Paris, France in 1990. Growing up in different cities and experiencing diverse cultures, I have been living in Istanbul for approximately the last 20 years, during which I have had the opportunity to become familiar with many districts and neighborhoods of the city. My understanding of Istanbul's dynamic structure and different lifestyles enables me to provide more accurate guidance to my clients during the consulting process. I completed my undergraduate education in Edirne, in the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. After pursuing a professional career in sales, business development, and corporate marketing, I have been actively providing real estate consulting since 2020. As a real estate consultant, I actively serve in the Bağdat Caddesi and Kadıköy regions, as well as in specific areas of Kartal, Maltepe, and Ataşehir. I prioritize delivering the most effective solutions by correctly analyzing the region's investment potential, lifestyle dynamics, and user expectations. I base my working principles on a needs-oriented approach, transparent communication, and trust-based service understanding. I speak English as a second language and prioritize establishing healthy, professional communication with clients from different cultural backgrounds. Beyond real estate consulting, my training in breathwork coaching and interest in the field of mindfulness enable me to advance my work processes in a more balanced, focused, and solution-oriented manner. Across all processes, my primary goal is to safeguard my clients' legal security, guide them with accurate information, and enable them to make value-creating, reliable investment decisions.
